Valentine’s Day, and I’m hovering about the Sheri’s web site. Res ipsa loquitor.
I’d like to dedicate a song to the ladies at Sheri’s, and I can’t think of a better one that the insanely awesome rocker “She Is My Sin” by Nightwish, the symphonic metal band, from back when they were fronted by then-twenty-year-old soprano opera prodigy Tarja Turunen (and yes, you read that right: Opera prodigy).
The video, which has over ten million views, is set to scenes from Final Fantasy, and the combination sets a theme of desperate passion, such as has been inspired in me and many others by the extraordinary women at SR.
Oh, and the first Sheri’s lady who likes it and replies as such wins a copy of the CD that it comes from.
